How to Add Assets to Marketing Resources

Marketing Resources are creative assets provided to partners for their promotional use with a revocable license. When you provide images, email swipes, and social content, partners are able to start promoting more quickly.

1. Got to Marketing Resources
2. To add an image:
   
   1. Under the Brand Images and Assets tab, choose the section your image relates to, Product Images, Lifestyles, or Logos, by selecting from the drop down that says Product Images at the top.
   2. Click the +Add New button on the top right.
      
   3. Drag and Drop the file(s) to the Upload File box, or click Browse to select file(s) from your computer.
   4. Select image.
   5. Click the Upload button.
3. To add an Email Template:
   
   
   1. Click the Email Templates tab.
   2. Click the +Add New button.
   3. Add Asset Name, Subject Line, and Asset Contents. Formatting is available at the top.
   4. You can use fields {COUPONCODE} and {PRETTYURL} for customization. Click here for Variables and Tags descriptions.
   5. Wrap text that the partner will need to update with the HTML-style tags <update> and </update>. When the partner copies the contents of an Email Template, it will highlight these tags as places to enter their own information. Here is an example:
      Hey <update>[Recipient's Name],</update>
   6. Click Update
4. To add Social Content:
   1. Click the Social Content tab.
   2. Click the +Add New button.
   3. Add Asset Name and Asset Contents. Formatting is available at the top.
   4. You can use fields {COUPONCODE} and {PRETTYURL}.
   5. Click Update
