Shopify Website Admin Access

We need collaborator access to your Shopify store with the permissions listed below.

Before you start: only the store owner or a user with the Administrator store role can approve a collaborator request.

1. In your Shopify admin, go to Settings > Users.
2. Click Users if your store is part of an organization, or Users & permissions if it isn't.
3. Click Security.
4. Click the 4-digit collaborator code to copy it.
5. Send the code and your store URL (xxxx.myshopify.com) to your Inflektion onboarding specialist.

The permissions we request will allow us to:

• Place conversion pixels
• Install and maintain the Inflektion app on your store
• Install our API integrations for seamless coupon code and "pretty link" setup
• Add our personalization code to your theme
• Create and cancel test orders
• Create draft orders for product requests
• Export order data for monthly return reconciliation verification

Accepting the request

1. Go to Settings > Users. The request appears with a Pending status under the name Inflektion Collaborator.
2. Confirm the request is from an inflektion.ai email address before accepting.
3. Click the request to open it, then click Accept request.

You can also click the three dots on the request to review or edit the permissions before accepting.

Note: please accept the request as-is. Removing or changing any of the requested permissions will prevent us from completing your setup.
