A: You can check if there is a conversion for the partner by going to your dashboard, going to Conversions, selecting the date range, and choosing the partner in the Filter by Partner drop down.
If you see the conversion, the partner likely has the wrong date range in their dashboard or is not understanding it. If you know they are not seeing a conversion that you see, contact us at partner-support@inflektion.ai with as much information as you have, including the Partner, Date, Order Number, and Purchaser Email.
If you don’t see a conversion, the referral did not place their order with the partner’s link. If you know they used the partner’s link and believe there is a technical issue, contact us at partner-support@inflektion.ai with as much information as you have, including the Partner, Date, Order Number, and Purchaser Email.
