You have the option of importing your existing affiliates into Inflektion. This guide will provide instructions on how to import your affiliates using our CSV template.

Fill Out the CSV Template:
- Open the CSV file using a spreadsheet application.
- Enter the affiliate details in the appropriate columns. The following fields are included in the template:
Fields and Descriptions:

| First Name | Required | The first name of the affiliate or contact person. |
| Last Name | Required | The last name of the affiliate or contact person. |
| Required | The email address of the affiliate. This is used as the unique identifier for each affiliate. | |
| Country | Required | The country code (e.g., US, CA) where the affiliate is based. |
| Inflektion Contract Tier | Required | The contract tier or commission agreement for the affiliate (e.g., "10% Revshare - Partner Default"). |
| Vanity URL and Coupon Code | Required | A custom URL or coupon code assigned to the affiliate. |
| Discount Tier | Required | The discount tier associated with the affiliate (e.g., "20% - Partner Default"). |
| Company Name | Optional | Name of the company or organization. |
| Address1 | Optional | The primary address of the affiliate. |
| Address2 | Optional | Additional address information (e.g., suite or apartment number). |
| City | Optional | The city of the affiliate's address. |
| State/Prov | Optional | The state or province of the affiliate's address. |
| Zip/Postal | Optional | The zip or postal code of the affiliate's address. |
| Phone | Optional | The phone number of the affiliate. |
| PayPal Email | Optional | The PayPal email address for receiving payments. |
| Venmo Phone Number | Optional | The phone number associated with the Venmo account for payments. |
| Zelle Name | Optional | The name associated with the Zelle account. |
| Zelle Email | Optional | The email address associated with the Zelle account. |
| ACH Bank Name | Optional | The name of the bank for ACH transfers (US Only). |
| ACH Bank Address | Optional | The address of the bank for ACH transfers (US Only). |
| ACH Account Holder Name | Optional | The name on the bank account for ACH transfers (US Only). |
| ACH Account Number | Optional | The bank account number for ACH transfers (US Only). |
| ACH ABA Routing Number | Optional | The ABA routing number for ACH transfers (US Only). |
| Optional | The full Instagram profile link. | |

3. Send the updated CSV to your onboarding specialist (via Slack or email)
4. Our team will confirm the data is valid and will begin the import process.

Please ensure the Commission Tier and promotion listed match ones that are in your platform.

The coupon code must have a minimum of 3 characters.

For ACH transfers, ensure the bank details are accurate and complete (for US-based affiliates only).
- Only one payment method can be entered per affiliate (Paypal, Venmo, Zelle, ACH for US Only)
