You have the option of importing your existing affiliates into Inflektion. This guide will provide instructions on how to import your affiliates using our CSV template.
Steps:

Fill Out the CSV Template:
- Open the CSV file using a spreadsheet application.
- Enter the affiliate details in the appropriate columns. The following fields are included in the template:
Fields and Descriptions:

| First Name | The first name of the affiliate. |
| Last Name | The last name of the affiliate. |
| The affiliate's email address. | |
| Country | The country where the affiliate is located. |
| Address | The affiliate's physical address. |
| City | The city where the affiliate is located. |
| State | The state or province where the affiliate is located. |
| Zip / Postal | The postal code for the affiliate's address. |
| Commission Tier | The commission tier assigned to the affiliate (please make sure this matches the tier name setup in your platform) |
| Promotion | The promotion or discount offered to the affiliate. (please make sure this matches the promotion name setup in your platform) |
| Coupon Code |
The coupon code assigned to the affiliate. (Minimum of 3 characters for the coupon code) |
3. Send the updated CSV to your onboarding specialist (via Slack or email)
4. Our team will confirm the data is valid and will begin the import process.
Note: Please ensure the Commission Tier and promotion listed matches ones that are in your platform. Also note, the coupon code needs a minimum of 3 characters.
