This guide explains how you can log into the Partner Portal and update your profile information, including personal details, company information, social channels, and password.
Open Your Profile
- Login to your partner portal
(You’ll find the portal link in your welcome email.) - Click on your avatar on the top right of the page and click on your avatar, and then click "Update Profile" in the menu.
Unable to Log In? Use the Reset Password link on the login page.
Update Profile Information
Within the Update Profile section, you can modify your personal and business details.
Editable Fields
Personal Information
You can update:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Email Address
- Company / Organization Name
Update Your Promotion Channels
Here you can update any changes to the channels / platforms you promote brands with. Choose from the following fields:
- TikTok
- YouTube
- X (Twitter)
- Twitch
- Podcast
- Personal Website
Once you choose a platform, you can then enter your social handle or profile field for that channel.
Example: If Instagram is selected, the system will display a field to enter the Instagram handle.
Save Profile Changes
After editing, press Save to immediately update your profile.
Best Practices for Profile Updates
To ensure proper tracking and communication, ensure the following are done:
✔ Use a valid email address
✔ Provide accurate social handles
✔ Update my company/organization if applicable
✔ Select all promotion channels I actively use
This helps ensure my affiliate traffic is tracked correctly and allows the program team to provide better support.
Update Your Password
Scroll to the Change Password section and enter:
- Existing Password
- New Password
- Confirm New Password
Then click: Change Password
Your password will be updated immediately.
